2014 Training Camp Dates Confirmed

Axemen open training camp and tryouts will be held May 9/10/11.

Friday starting at 6pm at UNF players will sign all needed documents and team registration forms and then take part in fitness testing and drills. Saturday will start with team breakfast at 7am and then all day Skills, Drills and Game planning. Sunday will be recovery, skills and season game plan per position.

An open scrimmage will be held at Hodges Stadium Saturday at 5pm. Open to the public and season members and tickets holders will be free entry. This will be followed by a fan and player social function.

Sunday will see the players return with an 8am breakfast and then a recovery session starting at 9am. From 10am until 12noon players will be put through more game planning for the season and focus will narrow to individual starting spots on the team. Camp will end at 12 noon.

If you want to be part of the Jacksonville Axemen this season, you are expected to be at this camp. (There is a lot of competition to be on the team this year!!)
