The Axemen will face the New Haven Warriors who took care of the current National Champion New York Knights with a 42 to 18 victory. Both the Axemen and Warriors are the only undefeated teams in the AMNRL and both come into the Grand Final in great form.
The American National Rugby League 2010 AMNRL Grand Final XIII will be held at the home venue of the PBR Philadelphia Fight Rugby League Club and presented by Londonbury @ Millenium Apts on August 28th at the Fight's home pitch A.A. Garthwaite Stadium in Conshohocken PA.
The event will be highlighted by an appearance by legendary Philadelphia Phillie's Hall of Fame 3rd Basemen Mike Schmidt. Mike will be on hand to meet fans, spend time in the VIP tent, and enjoy his first look at an American National Rugby League match.
The AMNRL GF XIII will kickoff at 3pm. Pre match entertainment will feature the AMNRL Red v Blue Game, Ladies and Youth Eagletag.
