The Noosa, QLD, Australia native and Rugby League forward will bring his 20 years of experience to the Jacksonville Axemen this season.

He has developed an impressive career and has won several Championships and awards, including 2006 Sunshine Coast Falcons Colts & Wide Bay Bulls Queensland divisional Champions (rep) Sunshine Coast: U18 Player of the Year, 2007 West Belconnen Warriors A Grade Premiers, 2008-2011 Central Queensland Capras, Queensland Cup, 50 games, Captain of the Rockhampton Rustlers rep side 08,09,10, Central Crows Qld Divisional Champions, and Shadow player Queensland Rangers 2009.

Over the past 4 years Anlezark has played for the Noosa Pirates/Northern Outlaws where he was named Player of the Year 2013, Captain 2014/15, and Forward of the Year 2015.

For the 2016 season he will make his Axemen debut, a team he first heard about through former Jacksonville Imports Adrian Grayson and Luke Srama. “I look forward to the whole experience,” says Anlezark, “hopefully helping the boys learn a few new things and help Jacksonville become National Champs again. I plan to bring my experience, a good work rate, and a bit of Aussie culture to the 2016 team.”

“We are really excited to welcome our new Import Players to the team and to the city of Jacksonville,” says Drew Slover, Axemen Co-Owner and General Manager. “It will be great to get Nicoll, Rogers and Anlezark together with the rest of the team for the May training camp and get going on our main goal of getting back to the National Championship.”
