The Days Inn is also the team hotel for the Helensburg Tigers team from Australia. To take advantage of this special rate, fan only need to call the Days Inn Hotel directly and mention the Rugby League Atlantic Cup event.

Time Out Sports Grill has been named the post game venue for the first two games and a special late night celebration is planned with all three teams in attendance for the Wednesday night post game to get everyone geared up for the Thanksgiving Day activities the following day.

More events, including an all team Thanksgiving Dinner is being planned for Thursday with details to be released soon. There is also plans for a huge party at a local venue following the final game on November 26 with all teams and fans.
